Palm Beach Gardens has a way of wrapping you in a gentle kind of luxury. Not loud or flashy… more like soft linen, sunshine on the water, and the quiet confidence of a town that takes pride in the good life. When we aren’t in the kitchen piping shells or whisking fillings, we wander. We sit. We sip. We breathe. And every time, we fall in love with this place all over again.
Here are a few of the local spots that fill our cups (sometimes literally) and spark the ideas that end up in our piping bags.
The Gardens Greenmarket
(10410 N. Military Trail, at City Hall)
Sunday mornings at the GreenMarket feel like a ritual. Acoustic music drifts across the lawn. Local farmers arrange berries and herbs with care. Dogs trot happily beside their people. It’s less a market and more a weekly love letter to community.
We often pick up fresh fruit or herbs here when inspiration strikes. More than that, it’s where we first felt rooted, where neighbors became familiar faces, and familiar faces became regulars who now stop by the shop the way one visits a family kitchen.
PGA National Resort Grounds
Before you think “golf only,” pause.
PGA National is something else entirely when you slow down. It’s manicured Florida calm: palms, water, and space to think. We walk the grounds unhurried, letting ideas surface naturally.
That serene lake? That’s where a tropical flavor series first took shape. A quiet loop around the property paired with a matcha latte has a way of pressing the reset button on creativity.
Alton Town Center
Alton has become one of the heartbeat corners of Gardens: young families, fitness lovers, dog parents, stroller heroes, laptop nomads, sunset walkers. There’s always a gentle hum, busy yet calm.
We like to sit outside with an iced drink, nibble something light, and watch the neighborhood rhythm. It reminds us who we bake for: real humans with messy schedules, work calls, gym bags, and dinner ideas.
Come golden hour, Alton glows and ideas follow.
Juno Beach Pier
The first ocean breeze changes everything.
We prefer Juno early, when the day is still gentle. Waves roll in softly. Early risers walk their dogs. Surfers stretch quietly, like cats in the sand. The salt air sharpens the senses while the horizon does its quiet work on the mind.
Our coconut creams? Juno-inspired. Our raspberry flavors? Blame the sunrise.
Bring a notebook or your Notes app. Nature has a way of journaling you right back.

A Cozy Corner at Our Shop
(7100 Fairway Drive, #56, a sweet corner of PGA National)
We’d be lying if we didn’t say that sometimes, this is our favorite retreat. Before the ovens hum and the espresso machine warms up, there’s a quiet moment when the shop feels like a dream waking up.
A box of fresh shells cooling. The first aroma of almond flour. A playlist softly blooming.
It's our own sanctuary, one we built with our hands and our hearts.

Because dessert isn’t just about sweetness. It's about place. Rhythm. Breathing room.
We bake where we live, and this area isn’t just where we work, it’s our muse. Palm Beach Gardens gives us peace, and in return, we hope we give back a little delight.
Whether you are a fellow dreamer, a walker, a coffee wanderer, or someone who loves this area as much as we do, here’s a reminder to enjoy it slowly this week.
