I’m Munara, co-founder of MacaronMaestro. For years, I’ve been inspired by the world’s great dessert salons, the refined artistry of Parisian pâtisseries, the finesse of European chocolate houses, and the way a perfectly crafted treat can elevate an ordinary moment into something memorable.
But in Palm Beach County, where I live, work, and raise my children, I felt something was missing: a dessert experience that matched the sophistication, beauty, and taste of our community.
Much like Howard Schultz reintroduced America to truly exceptional coffee, I wanted to bring our neighborhood a higher standard of dessert: something crafted with intention, elegance, and the kind of attention to detail usually reserved for Europe’s best pastry houses.
And so MacaronMaestro was born.

Our signature Macrorons™ are a reinvention of the classic macaron: larger, more expressive, and filled with modern, imaginative flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Each one is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients, balancing art and technique in every detail.
We design our desserts to be beautifully giftable, like the iconic European chocolate boutiques, but more distinctive:
